About me

Let me help you build long lasting results. My fitness journey began around 7 years ago. During this time I’ve experimented with many different workouts and fitness programmes to try and find an effective and enjoyable way of training.

Over the years I was faced with both physical and mental challenges, on reflection, it was these challenges that enabled me to build upon my strength and resilience which led to me fully embracing my love for fitness.

During my time as a Personal Trainer and Online coach I have helped people through lots of different challenges, from eating disorders, gym anxiety, complete beginners, and those who struggle with routine and to build healthier lifestyle habits.

I’m so passionate about encouraging people to start a positive fitness journey, that is based on consistency and providing sustainable results and most importantly having fun along the way. I will give you the tools and education for you to take away even after we finish. I am just as invested in your journey as you are, probably more!
