With years of experience playing basketball at a high level and training under an England coach, I’ve gained a deep appreciation for the impact a great coach can have—not just on your fitness journey, but on your life as a whole.
Whatever your goal or reason for training, dedication is key. But just as important is consistency—consistently working to better yourself. Pushing too hard too quickly can lead to burnout, and inconsistency can be demotivating when results don't show up as quickly as you'd like.
Remember, the most important workouts are often the ones you least want to do.
