After 20 (long) years in the corporate rat race I decided to turn that passion into a career. I turned my back on the desk job and pursued a new set of qualifications in health, fitness and nutrition so that I could share my love of movement with others.
I am an endurance runner and compete for England and Great Britain Masters on the track, roads and cross country. I ran some very good times in my 30s but then ‘life happened’ and I thought my best running days were behind me. However, I set all my personal bests in my 40s after getting into lifting weights during lockdown and really gaining an understanding of how to combine weight training with cardiovascular training for optimal results.
Whether you’re looking to take up a sport or activity for the first time, come back after a break, run/cycle/swim faster or further than ever before or simply to continue to enjoy your sport as you get older, I’d love to help you with the strength and conditioning work that will assist you in achieving those goals.
