Here are the facts, I have 20 years training experience and 10 years coaching expertise. I have worked with hundreds of clients to achieve progress and goals in all areas of life, ranging from 16 to 80 years old.
I have supported people with Shoulder/Hip rehabilitation, competition preps, mental health challenges, anger management, improving emotional stability, and capacity to communicate healthily and constructively. Communication is a huge part of coaching and any successful relationship that you would like to develop or create.
My main aim is always you, supporting your goals and understanding your mindset and potential bad habits. Working together, we will create an effective approach to overcome any pitfalls in the way of your goals.
