I first started my fitness journey as a means to keep up with my job at the time of support work with young people. I really enjoyed working out and with some research became a passion of mine.
I can understand the pressure that society puts on people to be in the best shape you can so that you can always look your best. With science based exercises and a knowledgeable diet and understanding what you consume, it has never been easier to achieve any goal you set in mind be it better health, looking more toned or losing some extra weight for that big family function.
