About me

I  first started to exercise to improve my mental wellbeing as I have suffered with anxiety from a young age. I loved the energy and confidence it provided me with, pushing myself and getting stronger week on week. I know how important it is to prioritize exercise and a nutritional diet to feel my best mentally and physically and now I want to help make a healthy lifestyle easy for you.
