Hi, I’m Joe,
a fully qualified level 3 personal trainer who can help you become fitter, stronger, and leaner. I have been training for nearly 10 years now and have experienced the ups and downs of training, so you don’t have to. I specialise in strength training and body re-composition, teaching people to get stronger and fitter for everyday life.
Fitness is my passion, and it has helped me develop a strong, healthy body and mind. Train with me and I’ll create a workout routine that fits into your lifestyle, gets you feeling better, and gets you the results you want. Whether that’s putting on some lean muscle, lifting heavier weights, or being able to perform greater amounts of exercise, I’m the trainer for you. I’m committed to providing you with everything you need for your success, from our 1-2-1 training sessions in the gym to nutritional guidance, lifestyle management outside of the gym, and bespoke training plans suited to your goals and needs.
