Hi I'm George! I strongly believe that for your diet and training to be successful, it must be sustainable and fit around the rest of your life. My methods of training are always evidence based and updated with the latest research. This ensures you get maximum results.
I want to help you find a love for not only the results of the gym but the process of creating them. The number of ways training can benefit your body and mind are endless and I want to help guide you through your journey.
Consistency is the most important factor and this means training in the safest and most effective way, minimising the risk of injury and having a diet that you can enjoy every day. Each session will be tracked to help you recognise the progress that you are making and help you to set new goals to push towards.
