I once found the gym an intimidating place, now I’m making it my mission to show people the gym is safe, supportive and most importantly FUN!
Having spent the last 11 years training and teaching karate I’ve always loved sport and being active. I now want to share my passion for health and fitness combined with my energy and enthusiasm to help others fall in love with fitness too.
My main goal, no matter what your “why” for being in the gym, is to provide you with an enjoyable experience and push your limits to bring out the best version of you!
