Helping you to get fitter whilst improving your mental wellbeing
After getting into a rut at uni both physically and mentally, I fell into hybrid training, helping myself and others to balance strength training and improving their cardiovascular fitness to allow you to look in shape and feel good. I am an experienced strength and conditioning coach, working with both male and female athletes at academy and senior level, ensuring athletic development and injury prevention. With an interest in sport science research, I use current methods guaranteeing you meet you meet your goals in a fun and maintainable way. One model does not fit everyone and I am here to make the small changes you need to kickstart that new year’s resolution you never stuck to, whether this is a marathon, hyrox, or just getting started with a fitness goal to improve your mental health.
