My speciality is high-intensity training; these are intense, short, and infrequent workouts designed to produce the most results within the shortest possible time—quality over quantity. Whether it’s muscle gain, fat loss, or a bit of both, I can help!
My methods are not only great for helping beginners get started the right way with safe and effective workouts, but also for helping experienced gym-goers break through plateaus.
I love teaching and sharing my knowledge about training. I am obsessed with exercise science, bodybuilding, and the theory of training. And I love to see my clients get fantastic results and achieve their goals, gaining confidence and motivation in the process.
