About me

Go beyond your expectations. Turning “I can’t” into “I can” one rep at a time!

For the last 4 years, I have been working predominantly, but not entirely, with people who have just begun their fitness journey. I know from past experience how hard it can be to jump into a new routine and kick bad habits while also balancing your time around work and your social life. This is why I like to help people, I believe that for beginners, joining a gym or starting exercise can be quite daunting, and a bit of guidance can help you go a long way. It’s been such an honour to help my clients achieve their goals over the last 4 years, ranging from weight loss to strength and conditioning training. My aim is to educate, enable, and enhance your understanding of fitness and lifestyle so you can one day take this information, and the skills you’ve learned along the way, to do this all by yourself.
