Having spent my whole life playing high level sport and the last 6 years training in the gym, slowly building confidence and learning what works when coaching others, I now want to help you reach your true potential, finding the balance between enjoyment and performance.
With a wealth of personal experience, working with elite sports teams alongside my university education in strength and conditioning, I know just how important the gym can be, so I wont just be a coach, but a friend that wants you to do as well as you can both in the gym and in your day to day!
