Our new gym features the latest kit ready for you to use, whether you are looking for the best in cardio, free weights (with dumbbells up to 50kg!) or more.

You'll find us at the Derriford District Centre, nearby to Aldi, M&S and Costa, where you can park for free on site for two hours!*

Working out in groups can be a great way to keep your motivation high, so we have more than 50 free fitness classes available every week.
