About me

I am a Level 3 personal trainer and a registered associate nutritionist (ANutr), which means I take a holistic, balanced approach to health. Having previously had a difficult relationship with food, it was learning how to lift weights properly, studying nutrition and eating to fuel myself that got me to a place where I actually feel confident. 

My coaching philosophy is that enjoyment is key. We will work towards creating good habits, getting results and building confidence whilst ensuring the process is personalized to you and you feel good doing it!
