Let me tell you a bit about myself and fitness journey...
As someone who has wondered around the gym anxious and not knowing what to do, I wish I had someone there to support me through my journey. As a girl I know the gym appears to be a scary place and I want to encourage others to push themselves to achieve their goals.
I have struggled with body confidence and food as many others have and this is where my love for fitness started. I was in University taking my Equestrian Sports Science degree where I learnt a lot about athletes and how to advance their wellbeing.
I have always wanted to help people and show them that fitness doesn’t have to be scary, it's something to be grateful for, that you can move your body and enjoy the feeling of getting stronger and seeing that progression in your physique and fitness. This then pushed me to develop my knowledge and take my personal training qualification.
I want people to feel empowered in their body! I'm a big believer that your fitness journey is YOURS, and together we'll find something that you love.
