I was once the lost person wandering around the gym not having a clue what to do and not wanting to be there, or stuck on the cardio machines for hours because I was terrified of the weights areas.
I now have the experience, knowledge, and confidence to support beginners in feeling their strongest and fittest by creating long-term sustainable habits for life, because I want you to fall in love with the process of shaping a better you and never feel scared or alone here like I was!
No one should feel intimidated by the gym when they’re just starting out. This space is for everyone, and just coming through the front door is a big achievement. Deciding to make a change is the hardest part, and we will figure the rest out together along the way. So, prioritise yourself and take control of life for YOU.
I love trying new things and experiences outside of the gym, so I want to teach you how to adapt your workouts around your lifestyle and passions, whether that’s swimming, running, bouldering, or team sports! Fitness should be about enjoyment as well as bettering yourself, and you should never feel like you have to do certain things to reach your goals.
