Hi, I’m Gerard! As a personal trainer and sports massage therapist, I’m here to help you move past the confusion and frustration. My passion is guiding people toward building a strong, functional, and aesthetically pleasing body. I believe that a stronger body doesn’t just transform how you look—it strengthens your mind and helps you realise you can achieve anything you set your mind to.
