Hello, I’m Ricky I’m a Personal Trainer and Fitness instructor here at Puregym Port Talbot. I’m very passionate about helping people develop themselves and realising their true potential! I specialise in: • Fat Loss and nutritional guidance • Strength building & bodybuilding • Fitness and conditioning • Behavioural change and mentality development • Confidence building within the gym & outside of it I’ve been exercising and training throughout my whole life (Over 20 years’ experience) and it’s not only my main passion in life, but a massive part of it! I genuinely believe that being disciplined with your fitness regime has so many benefits outside of just exercising and transfers over to other areas of your life, not only that but, it helps to deal with day-to-day stressor’s.
