Hello, my name is Zach! I have recently qualified as a personal trainer and am eager to help others turn their dreams into reality.
My goal is to instill the same passion that I have found at the gym, whilst achieving our goals and dreams together. I want to show you that the gym is a friendly, motivating place for everyone!
A little about myself and my journey in becoming the confident, positive and disciplined person that I am today - In the beginning I was confused, undisciplined and anxious young man that knew he was destined for more. Suffering with anxiety personally, it made starting the gym feel impossible. But with the keen help from my PT, I began my journey into the world of fitness to better my mental state and now working out has become a part of my daily routine.
One of my biggest accomplishments is my time in the royal navy, where having PT was rigorous and heavily disciplined. From circuit training to running assault courses with a group, we done it all under the scrutiny of our Physical Training Instructors. During that time I conquered my unconditional fear of heights by doing a 13,000ft skydive as part of a fundraising event for charity. This taught me that its not just about the courage to follow through with the dive, or even the height in which we did it from, but it was the mindset that I had during that period of my life, being at my best physically reflected on me mentally.
I felt like I could conquer anything, no task was too large, and I truly believe you too could achieve anything you desire in life, with the courage to join me in taking your first steps towards building a brighter future for yourself.
