Hi, my name is Kyle - @Kallos.KPT. I have a keen interest in human anatomy and biomechanics, constantly looking to expand my knowledge to refine training methods.
My focus on mind-muscle connection allows me to assess movement patterns intuitively. I can almost feel the muscle activation in others just by analysing their position and form, which allows me to make real time adjustments to optimise performance and reduce injury risk.
From weight loss to muscle building, to helping young people build confidence and develop elite level physiques, as well as guiding individuals in overcoming anxiety and finding their inner strength: I'm here for all people, from all walks of life and struggles.
Beyond weight training I incorporate pad work, endurance training and functional strength development.
