I’m Jonathan, a personal trainer at PureGym Preston, dedicated to transforming both physiques and mindsets. I’ve worked with countless clients to help them achieve their fitness goals, whether that’s building muscle, losing fat, or simply feeling more confident in their own skin. With a degree in mental health coaching and psychological interventions, I understand how gym anxiety, self-doubt, and lack of motivation can hold people back.
