I’m Wafiqah (“Wa-fee-ka”). After going through a weight loss journey, I developed an injury called a slipped disc. The injury was developed due to improper form and unsafe exercise techniques. I then went into physiotherapy for 6 months. After recovery from My injury, I took the initiative to focus on proper form and safe exercise techniques, including prevention of injury by developing, and strengthening My muscles. I now have over 7 years of experience in the fitness industry.
Through consistency, discipline, willingness to learn and make healthy life choices, I developed a passion to help people achieve their goals. I want to help teach, educate, and guide you into leading a healthier, and happier life through fitness. I studied My level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer to turn My passion into reality.
