Hi I'm Natty a qualified level 2/3 personal trainer and strength conditioning (S&C) Coach with experience in designing and implementing tailored fitness programs for individuals. My passion lies in optimizing physical performance, enhancing athletic abilities, and fostering long-term health and wellness.
In addition to my coaching career, I play semi-professional football, which gives me first-hand insight into the demands of competitive sports and importance of balancing strength, endurance, and recovery. This dual role as both a coach and athlete allows me to bring a well-rounded and practical approach to my clients training, emphasizing functional strength, injury prevention, and peak performance strategies.
