I began my own fitness journey in 2019 when I decided I needed to get myself into shape for both my body and my mind. Since then I have dropped 65lbs in weight and have developed a big love for fitness and nutrition. Since I have a daughter myself I understand first hand the struggles of trying to balance family life alongside keeping yourself motivated. Thats what motivated me into becoming a personal trainer so I can show others it is possible to do both no matter what your circumstances are ! Wheather that be weight loss, upping your fitness levels or building muscle/toning up I aim to help everyone regardless of gender and age, by giving all my clients the tools they need to acheive their desired results and learn the necessary tools they need to maintain their health and fitness long term. Along with making our experience fun and a supportive journey where you do not have to feel like you are ever on your own. I will encourage you to do your best, push through those difficult days and reach your fitness and body goals one step at a time.
