My goal as a PT is to help people build and maintain their strength and fitness level with the right guidance, accountability and a sense of fun. I help my clients find a style of training that works for them and makes them excited about coming to the gym. Having struggled with my energy levels throughout my life, I’ve had to explore lots of different ways to find my balance. The biggest wins have come from making changes to my movement, exercise, nutrition, and mind set. I want to share the tips and tricks I’ve learnt along the way and help people to feel energised, strong, and confident.
I have worked with clients who have a range of goals including overall strength gains, improving confidence, improving mental health, specific skills training (eg. Calisthenics/bodyweight training), improving strength for specific sports, managing PCOS/endometriosis, managing hip/knee problems and weight loss.
