I started my fitness journey in 2015 and I have been hooked ever since. I’ve enjoyed the changes it has brought to my life not just physically but mentally as well. In the wake of covid I decided to get my PT qualification so I could make a change of career to something I am truly passionate about. I have learned vital skills and knowledge since I started training needed to help other people reach their own fitness goals! I can help you with anything from general fitness advice to proper lifting technique and form.
