After my seizure last year, it made me realise we take everything for granted, especially physical health. As humans we are not designed to be sat down all day (don’t be that person). We all need to produce some sort of force weather that is training for strength or "toning up".
I have worked in a variety of gyms as a personal trainer, including this one when it first opened. I have coached people that wanted to move away from the same awful soundtracks in classes onto the weightlifting platforms and free weights area (don’t get me wrong, classes has its place). To only get strong and "tone up" but to educate the whys and what's when it comes to human movement and everything I put in place.
Get involved, lets make a plan and execute it together. Don’t give me the "I will start tomorrow", you’ve been saying that for years. Its now or never!
