Hi there, i'm Tom!
Everyone knows what it takes to make changes and progress in the world of fitness… but then it comes to the doing part…
From starting my own journey at 49kg, after years wishing I could have a physique I could be proud of, I managed to double my bodyweight. Eventually taking up powerlifting for a way to further myself. Now a 2x British Champion, heading into my first World Championships. It’s fair to say along my journey I have had to educate myself and learn from trail and error, what does and doesn’t work.
I began personal training/ coaching after finding myself passing on knowledge I had picked up to fellow gym goers daily.
