Hi I’m Natalie and I’m a fully qualified Personal Trainer. I have always been fairly active, but only in recent years have I really appreciated the benefits of strength training and a sustainable balanced diet. Starting a new career in my 50s may seem a daunting prospect but I am fired up to share my knowledge and passion with others, especially women. I want to empower you with a new-found strength and confidence in your bodies and what they can do.
Whether you are looking to get fitter and stronger, to up your game in the gym or simply live a healthier lifestyle, I have got the plan for you. I am here to motivate you, to push you beyond your limits and to help you enjoy your journey to building body confidence and improving your wellbeing.
