"Hi, I’m Richie, a Level 3 qualified personal trainer with extensive experience in coaching clients to achieve both short-term and long-term fitness goals. After serving in the Royal Air Force for 22 years, I transitioned into a full-time degree in Sports Rehabilitation, driven by my lifelong passion for health, well-being, and fitness. Whether you're a beginner, a busy professional, or an athlete, my goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and reach your full potential with science-backed, results-driven coaching."
Throughout my military career, I took on numerous fitness challenges, including marathons, CrossFit championships, and boxing competitions. I also had the privilege of coaching UK Armed Forces personnel worldwide, helping them develop strength, resilience, and peak performance. My experience has given me a deep understanding of the demands of maintaining a healthy lifestyle while balancing work and personal commitments. I take a research-driven approach to training, using evidence-based exercise plans to maximize results efficiently. My programs incorporate postural correction techniques and injury prevention exercises, ensuring clients stay strong, mobile, and injury-free. As a Level 2 Amateur Boxing Association of England coach and a former professional British Boxing Association coach, I have worked with athletes at the highest levels, including professional rugby players from Hull KR and Hull FC, as well as elite boxers.
