About me

I’ve been a coach for over 7 years and on my own personal strength and fitness journey for nearly 15 years, constantly striving to improve my knowledge and experience.

I have worked with people from 18-80+ years old, many of whom have had limitations such as knee replacements, hypermobility, lower back issues, shoulder pain, and tennis elbow. We still found ways to achieve their goals of getting fitter and stronger! I can help you to feel capable, confident, and help create easy nutrition habits to work around your lifestyle, enabling you to make progress week to week.

When you have completed one of my PT sessions in the gym, the help doesn’t stop there! We look at nutrition, sleep, stress and mindset through weekly check-ins with a personalised voice note or video loaded with helpful tips.
