A few years ago, I found myself out of shape and struggling with daily tasks. Determined to change my life, I embarked on a fitness journey and successfully lost 20kg. This transformation has improved my physical health but also boosted my confidence and overall well-being.
Inspired by my own journey, I decided to become a personal trainer to help others. I'm passionate about guiding people towards their fitness goals and helping them experience the same positive changes I have.
