I had always been really skinny growing up; one day I decided to change that. That moment marked the beginning of my own fitness journey. Through calisthenics and consistent training, I have built a physique and mindset my younger self would be proud of. And I have learned what actually works. Now, as a qualified personal trainer, I help others do the same, reaching their goals, building functional muscle, strength, and confidence. I work with people at all levels. My goal is to make progress feel achievable, enjoyable, and something you can be proud to show up for. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about improving daily and becoming someone you’re proud of.
