About me

Hi! I’m Hattie. My journey into fitness started a few years ago whilst I was at University, where I discovered a love for the gym, running, and yoga. Over the last 2 years, I have trained for a marathon, committed to strength training in the gym, and focused on moving my body daily to improve my physical and mental wellbeing. Training and exercise has become the most valuable and rewarding part of my day, and I want to help others find the joy in movement. I specialise in weight loss, body toning, and running, and my promise is to listen to, understand, and prioritise my clients’ needs, preferences, and goals.
