My name is Peter.
I want to be in the best condition I can be, so no matter what gets thrown my way, I'll have the mind and body to work through it.
I have played sports all my life, starting with football, then rugby, volleyball, and now American football. Some I like more than others, but I love to be active and get in that zone of doing your best in the moment.
I have been a personal trainer for about 2 years and have trained with lots of different people of all shapes, sizes, weights, and all kinds of injuries.
I am someone who has been dealing with two slipped discs in my back for over 2 years now, and I know that things like that can put you down and make you want to stop. But it is about finding your way to get to where you want to be.
