I’m a recently certified Level 3 Personal trainer, with 10 years of training experience. My journey started with a love for strength training and grew to include mobility, calisthenics and other activities such as climbing. Fitness has become a big part of my life, and I believe that it is not just about looking strong, but also feeling confident in your physical capabilities in every activity throughout your daily life without fear of getting injured. I enjoy working with a variety of clients, from beginners who want to familiarize themselves with the gym and develop a solid foundation, to those looking to improve strength, lose fat or enhance mobility and flexibility. I believe that training should be simple, enjoyable and, especially, tailored to you. It’s about finding what works for your goals and building a routine you can stick with. My objective is to make fitness feel approachable and rewarding. I want to help you feel confident both in how you move and your ability to take charge of your health.
