In the free weights area you'll find brand new barbells, plates and dumbbells and a 4-bay lifting rig as well as brand new fixed pin and cable equipment including two functional trainers, seated row and perfect squat machines and the BootyBuilder V8.

And we haven't forgot about cardio! Say hello to upgraded treadmills, climbmills, ellipticals, upright bikes, bike ergs and a stepper!

Working out in groups can be a great way to keep your motivation high, so we have more than 50 free fitness classes available every week. If you enjoy a high-intensity workout, try fat burn, circuits and boot camp. We've got so much more so check out our timetable and book a class once you become a member.
