With a background in multi-sports, a keen golfer and tennis player. Now in my 40’s, with 20+ years experience in the fitness industry.
I have been training my clients at Pure Gym Southend since opening in 2019. Previously running my own strength & conditioning facility. With experience in Strongman and strength sports. Experience working with disabilities and aliments. I enjoy helping people enjoy their training. Seeing improvements in their health & fitness. Achieving what they thought they never could. What ever the goal is on your fitness journey, I have the experience with a vast knowledge and I am here to help you. Working 1-1 with your training and nutritional goals. I have helped many clients transform their physique/strength/fitness goals. What ever your starting point may be. We could all use a bit of professional guidance and encouragement.
