I got into the fitness industry over 10 years ago through the military, and my main focus is performance based training.
My approach to training is to make sure it improves your life, not replace it. Not to chace this dream body, but to start enjoying the one that you have.
You can find me in the gym Monday > Friday, super early to super late, and also Sunday mornings. Make sure you come and say hello when you see me, and ask for any health or fitness advice when you need it. I am excited to meet you!
