Let’s exercise together in a friendly, supportive environment. A BIT ABOUT ME It was in my twenties that exercising turned into a passionate hobby. I fell in love with yoga and dancing first; and then focused on multiple cardio activities: Metafit/HIIT, bootcamp, mountain hiking, boxing… and recently Hyrox! Resistance training came a bit later. Just the idea of stepping into the weights area was daunting. But THIS has made a real difference in my life. I started to work with a PT and fell in love with the process… AND THE PROGRESS! Now at 40+, I’m the strongest and fittest I’ve ever been.
