Sport and fitness have always been at the heart of my life. From playing rugby for most of my life to skiing during the winter and recently taking up curling, I've always embraced physical activity as a way to perform better, both on and off the field. My journey has also included overcoming challenges, including injuries and life's ups and downs which taught me the power of resilience and how the gym can be a life-changing space for growth--physically and mentally
