I started my fitness journey in 2019 due to a lack of body confidence and constantly feeling self-conscious. Initially, I focused excessively on cardio, striving to be as thin as the other girls around me.
It took some time, but I eventually changed that mindset, which has been the most important part of my journey.
Now, you'l tind me in the weights area, lifting heavy and maintaining my health the right way.
I've always wanted to be in the fitness industry,
