I began training for my mental well-being and ended up falling in love with lifting weights, eager to learn as much as possible.
On my journey, I have become much more resilient to challenges inside and outside of the gym and have developed a respect for myself, born out of showing up and making incremental improvements everyday; 1% better everyday equals a huge change in the long term.
Another benefit I have experienced is a healthy change in my perception of an aspirational physique and an improved relationship with food.
I would like to help others feel empowered by having performance goals and embracing their strength.
