About me

I want to help grow people’s confidence not only within the gym but within themselves - regular exercise and a long- term fitness routine can help to change lives not only physically but mentally.

I specialise in strength training, muscle building, endurance training, weight loss and overall flexibility and mobility training and I also offer nutritional and dietary tips. I bring a wide range of knowledge and experience from my background of a range of different sports including athletics, swimming, dancing, football and lastly gymnastics which I competed in for over 10 years. I have also been in and out of the gym for roughly 8 years from training for HYROX, running and marathons, basic strength training and calisthenics.

Flexibility and mobility training are crucial components for improving overall performance, recovery and daily life. Regularly incorporating these exercises helps enhance the range of motion in the joints and muscles, reducing the risk of injury during workouts and other physical activities.
