Hello, I’m Luke! From a young age, I’ve been passionate about health and fitness, and I bring a unique approach to helping you achieve your fitness goals at Pure Gym.
As a Personal Trainer, my focus is on helping you lose weight, build muscle, and improve your overall fitness. Whether your goal is to get stronger, tone up, or shed those extra pounds, I offer personalized training sessions tailored to your specific needs. With expertise in weight training and cardiovascular fitness, I can help you accomplish anything from running your first sub-20-minute 5k to achieving your first pull-up.
In addition to that my 10 years of martial arts experience, including competing in kickboxing and MMA, allows me to offer 1-to-1 and group boxing and kickboxing sessions. These dynamic sessions, available in 30-minute or 1-hour formats, are perfect for beginners and experienced athletes alike. They provide a fun and engaging way to enhance your fitness while developing valuable skills.
