My personal experience of competing 3x over the last few years has taught me a lot in creating full body transformations and developing a mindset that will not just get you there, but help you maintain it too.
I use habit based coaching strategies and high level accountability through a variety of methods to help you create your best physique possible, in a way that suits your lifestyle.
