Hi, I'm Poppy, I started my own fitness journey 5 years ago in this very gym after I was fed up with feeling down and unhappy with my body. After being around fitness and the gym environment for 2 years, I decided to pursue fitness as a career and help as many people as possible to reach their potential and goals.
My goal is to make you feel amazing about yourself and walk into the gym bursting with the confidence and knowledge you need to succeed.
I aim to show you the progress you are making, even when you can't see it! Progress is not linear, and life gets in the way but it's time to start showing up for yourself each day.
