Hello, my name is Ollie,
I know what it's like to feel uncomfortable in your own skin, wake up unmotivated and not know how or where to start. When I started my fitness journey at age 14, I was a very overweight kid and that affected me in many ways, so I decided to make a change. Since that point I have lost 17 kg of fat and gained a considerable amount of muscle. It has not been an easy journey and I have made many mistakes over these years but that has led me to learn many things which will aid you in your fitness journey. The gym is for everyone whether you want to be the next Arnold or tone up for a holiday. The gym helps us get into our best physical shape, whilst also sharpening our mind and allowing us to become the best versions of ourselves. I look forward to helping you understand how to achieve your goals.
