Hello! My name is Josh,

I specialize in creating exercise regimens that are specific to your needs and collaborating with you to reach your individual fitness and health objectives. I’ve designed programs for elite athletes and specialist groups. With this depth of expertise, you can be certain that the right program will be developed to help you succeed.

My method is positive, considering my client’s emotional and physical health to ensure positive progression. My decision to pursue a career in personal training was influenced by the information and experience gained from both my academic studies and personal training ensuring I can deliver the best knowledge to my clients possible.
